k: knit | p: purl | yo: yarn over | k2tog: knit 2 sts together | ssk: slip slip knit.
C8B: slip 4 sts onto cable needle, hold them in back, k4, k4 from cable needle.

Cast on 38sts (this include 4 sts border each side)

Row 1 (RS): k4, p5, k4, p2, k8, p2, k4, p5, k4

Row 2 (WS) and all even rows: work as sts appear

Row 3: k4, p4, k2tog, k3, yo, p2, k8, p2, yo, k3, ssk, p4, k4

Row 5: k4, p3, k2tog, k3, yo, k1, p2, k8, p2, k1, yo, k3, ssk, p3, k4
