Italian Vetro Hat

Vetro means Glass in Italian and I created this hat to match Italian Vetro Cowl in honor to the Murano Glass, worldwide famous for their excelence and beauty. Italian Vetro Hat and Cowl is made using natural hand dyed yarn, I used robbia wich is an italian plant that gives this spectacular orango color, this hat is stranded, knitted in round, very easy and fast to knit.

Size: One size

Finished Measurements
One size to fit 19 to 22″ (48 to 56cm) circumference. Length from brim to top approx. 8” (20cm).

Needle Size:
US 4 (3.5 mm) 16” (40cm) circular needles and US 4 (3.5 mm) DPNs or 31” (80cm) if you prefer magic loop

Yardage:
Main Color (MC) 270 yards DK weight yarn
Contrast Color (CC1) 200 yards DK weight yarn
