CCross: slip 2sts on cable needle and hold in back, slip 2sts on cable needle and hold in front, k2sts, k2 from cable needle hold in front, k2 from cable needle hold in back

2/1LC: slip 2sts on cable needle and hold in front of work, p1, k2 from cable needle.

1/2RC: slip 1st on cable needle and hold in back of work, k2, p1 from cable needle.
