This is the ankle version of Joy Socks
This pattern was designed and knitted during my trip vacation to India this last January, just before of the total lockdown and disaster global pandemic, hubby and I returned home just 3 days before the total lockdown in Italy, even all these disturbing events, this pattern always bring me Joy, Happiness and the best memories of a wonderful trip!
Joy socks are knitted top down and are finished with a traditional heel flap and gusset, lace is very easy and you don’t need a chart, just with the writing instructions you will accomplish this pattern easily and fast.

One size, adjustable
Finished measurements (unstretched):
Cuff (Leg Circumference): 0
Leg length (adjustable): 5.5” (14cm)
Foot length (adjustable): 9” (23cm)
Foot circumference: 8” (20cm)
Needles Size
Size US 0 (2 mm) 32” (80cm) circular needles or size to match gauge
Notions
Stitch markers, tapestry needle, scissors, stitch counter (optional)
Gauge
35 stitches & 53 rows in stocking stitch = 4” (10cm)
